WHAT IS VEGANDALE?

Vegandale is an experience that encompasses visual art, music, food, and spirits. Vegandale attendees (Citizens) will realize the moral imperative of veganism and a world that can exist without exploiting animals. Veganism is the now, and the future.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PERMITTED?

What to bring:

Water
Picnic Blankets
Umbrellas
Fold Up Chairs
Water

Seating on-site is limited and will be avail on a first come frist serve basis.

No other outside food or beverage permitted.

HOW DO I GET THERE AND IS THERE PARKING?

The festival will take place at Addison Circle Park located at 4970 Addison Cir, Addison, TX 75001. Please click here to view Addison Circle Park on Google Maps.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The park is directly adjacent to the Quorum at Addison Cir - S - NS bus stops and ½ mile from the Addison Transit Center, making it accessible from several routes.

BY CAR

The event entrance is located at the corner of Quorum Drive and Addison Circle and the event area is bounded by Addison Road, Addison Circle Drive, Quorum Drive, and Festival Way, where on-street and off-street parking options are available. There are also a number of parking options nearby such as:

Addison Circle One Garage (15601 Dallas Parkway)

Addison Circle Two Garage (15725 North Dallas Parkway)

DART parking lot (4925 Arapaho Road) - Accessible Parking Available

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

We encourage customers to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

MY TRANSACTION IS BEING DECLINED. WHAT DO I DO?

Typically, you see the error message because your bank is flagging the transaction. We reccomend two things that should help resolve the issue:

1. Try a different card

2. Call your bank and let them know you are trying to put through a transaction and ask your bank to put it through

IS EVERYTHING AT THE FESTIVAL COMPLETELY VEGAN?

Yes! Everything sold on-site (food, drink, and merchandise) is 100% vegan!

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD AND LIQUOR SHOULD WE EXPECT?

Expect food and lifestyle vendors from around the world! Attendees can expect to be some of the first to try the latest vegan products to hit the market, some not yet available in stores!

WILL THERE BE MUSIC OR OTHER ENTERTAINMENT?

Yes! There will be a live DJ and MC hosting games and giveaways on stage throughout the entire day. Stay tuned on Instagram and Facebook for all festival announcements and deets!

MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT INQUIRIES

If you are a member of the press inquiring about a media pass, please email media@vegandalefest.com and include the publication you represent and/or relevant social links with your request along with the city you would like to attend.

If you are an artist/representative of an artist and are inquiring about performing, please email entertainment@vegandale.com. Be sure to include social links with your request, performance fees, and the city(ies) of interest.

IS THE EVENT CHILD FRIENDLY?

Due to loud noise, large crowds, and often high temperatures, Vegandale can be a stressful environment for children and we recommend not bringing them. If you choose to bring your child(ren), those under 12 years of age do not require a ticket (General Admission only).

WILL THE EVENT TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE?

Yes! The event will take place rain or shine!

Vendors will be covered in case of rain, and the show will go on regardless. No refunds will be given out for poor weather conditions.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No. Given the loud music and large crowd, Vegandale can be a stressful and overwhelming situation for animals so we ask that you please leave your pets at home.

WILL TICKETS BE FOR SALE AT THE DOOR?

Tickets will be available for an increased price at the door, on a first come first serve basis. We encourage customers to purchase tickets in advance, to avoid disappointment!

I WAS CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES ON MY CARD WHEN I PURCHASED A TICKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It's likely that only one of the transactions will move from processing to posted on your statement and the other will disappear. Please ensure both charges are posted rather than processing before contacting us.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets will not be refunded in case of inclement weather.

All ticket sales are final. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from www.vegandalefest.com. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and Vegandale Festival may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using www.vegandalefest.com.
