What permits licensing is required for my participation?
All food/drink vendors are required to provide either the Summer Festival Sanitation Certificate OR a Food Handlers certificate. Please note: There is a minimum 3 week processing time for Summer Festival Sanitation Certificates.
Vendors selling merchandise (apparel, jewelry, etc.) are required to pay a $25 fee to obtain a Pop-Up Retail User Permit and will need to provide us your Illinois Business Tax Number and address.

When is set up? When is tear down?
You are required to set up between 1-7pm the Friday prior to the event date. Morning of the event, the park opens at 6am for staff and product to be loaded in.
Load out will be scheduled following the show once the field has been cleared of attendees. Please note those who run out of product prior to the show’s end are still required to follow our tear down schedule.
Reminder that professional tents will be installed for vendors. This is due to our health and safety policy for both attendees and vendors. Be sure to bring your own branded signage and banners to represent your brand in the best way possible!
WILL THERE BE ACCCESS TO WATER ON-SITE?
We're still working on the best possible option for you to have access to potable water. Please check back here for updates.
CAN I APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE VEGANDALE?
Of course, and we recommend it! Select as many cities as you’d like at the top of your application. Your sales specialist would be happy to discuss discount opportunities to attend multiple events.
IS THE EVENT RAIN OR SHINE?
Yes! We have included tents in each vendor package to ensure that bad weather doesn’t stop our good time.
CAN VENDORS CHOOSE WHERE THEY'RE LOCATED?
Vendors are not able to choose their booth location, but can put in a request to be set up near another vendor.
CAN I SHARE A BOOTH WITH ANOTHER VENDOR?
Booth sharing is not permitted. For vendors interested in doing collaborations, you can put in a request to be neighbours with another brand participant.
WHERE CAN I PARK DURING THE EVENT?
No vendor parking on-site is permitted. Parking can be found at nearby parking garages or lots - we partner with Millenium Garage nearby.
For load-in and load-out, vendors may drop off equipment and supplies during specified vehicle access load in times (Friday 1-7pm & Saturday 6am-8am).
HOW MUCH FOOD, drink or merchandise should i be prepared to bring?
In your final email sent 8 days prior to the event, it will list a portion count. These are the minimum amount of portions you are contractually obligated to bring, but vendors may of course prepare above that number.
DO I HAVE TO GET MY FOOD, DRINK OR MERCHANDISE ITEMS APPROVED?
Yes - all items sold at Vegandale must be approved and documented by your vendor specialist. All items not approved are subject to recall.

We only accept a one time full payment method (payment installments are not an option). Payments are made electronically through our online portal with Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
